In the unlikely event of a fire, there may be different factors that can impact the severity of the fire. Even though this Hutz is fire retardant internally, a severe fire would cause the loss of the Hutz. However, this is more acceptable than a fire within your home.
This particular Hutz design is not available as a lean-to. This Hutz is not supplied with electrical equipment as seen in the illustration.
This Hutz is a bespoke plantroom which can house all equipment required for a traditional heating system or a heat pump based system, the choice is yours. Many homes simply do not have the space required for such equipment.
The Hutz can be pre plumbed to meet your heating design requirements. Simply inform us of what you need.
